● PC Must be Coming on.
● Internet (high speed) must be working.
● Payment made prior to any work being done.
If either of these are not an option then you will need to call
(252) 426 7171 or Email Support to schedule an
on-site call. You can drop your PC off at the shop at any time
during our
normal business hours.

Online Support Charges
● $75 for 1st hour of Support
● $30 per 1/2 hour after 1st hour
If the problem does not get resolved Online, then an on-site visit
will be setup, grant it, that you are local and within drive time.
To Get Started
First Call (252) 426 7171 and request
online support, or Click Here to submit request online.
Then Click Here and
then click join session on the left hand side of screen. Then wait
for tech to call you with the Session ID number you will need to
start online support. You can go ahead and fill out the rest of the
information needed by WEBEX.
